The Weakest Point of Human

N

early all of us know what a human-being’s body is composed of. As you know, each human has the skeleton, bones, skin, blood, other internal and external organs, and etc. So far, most people have paid more attention to them than to the unseen compositions. What are the unseen parts of man? The answer is not from scientific or biological references but from my life and past experiences over five decades. Up to the present, I have seen several ‘unseen’ points of human. Those points come in pairs like both good and bad. They are love and hatred, generosity and selfishness, honesty and corrupt, justice and bias, and courage and fear. To me, one of those, FEAR, has been believed as the weakest point of not only all animals but also every human on earth.  Why I am positive that FEAR is the weakest point of human.  Let’s come along and see what I have thought.

·       What fears are

·       When fears come

·       Where fears stay

·       How fears originate

·       Why fears never end

·       How fears affect life

·       How we can control fears

·       What fears are

o       As seen in general, nine out of ten new born babies cry after birth giving. They are afraid of their new but unacquainted surroundings. That’s why they cry. No one laughs. We can say that fears are weakest point of human mind.

·       When fears come

o       Fears come whenever we think. In other words, if we do not think of anything, like when you fall asleep, we are afraid of nothing. We fear nobody, too. To illustrate my ideas, for example, if someone aims a no-cartridges-gun to you and said, “Stand still or I’ll kill you”, you will surely feel much afraid. The reason for this is that you think the gun has fully loaded cartridges and you may be killed by the hot bullets if he shoots.  On the other hand, if that guy does not show his gun but only says, “Give me your property”, you may not be afraid and start to fight against him. Why you are not afraid this time. That’s because you think he has no weapons.  Thus, fears come whenever we think, especially without knowledge or true fact.

·       Where fears stay

o       It can be easily noticed that no one is afraid when he or she sleeps. Fears occur only when we can think or when we are awake. We cannot think while sleeping. Therefore we can say that fears stay around waking people. Waking people here means conscious people.

·       How fears originate

o       Through our five gateways: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body sensation, we originate different feelings. Some of them are positive as love and courage while some are negative as hatred and fear. If we lose five senses of feelings, any forms of fears will no longer bother us. However, everybody prefers having good senses of feelings although they bring about fears. Am I right to say that fears originate through five senses of feelings.

·       Why fears never end

o       Actually, as long as we have feelings and thinking process, fears never end. It will rise or fall, like the lines or bars on the graph chart, but never disappear. In some situations your fears go up very high whereas in some cases the fears go down near to the bottom, but they never go away. They go out of your mind some time and come in not long after. Fears never end at all.

·       How fears affect life

o      Our everyday life is affected by fears both directly and indirectly. For instance, you agree or disagree with your boss in any cases it means that you are afraid the situation after agreement or disagreement will go bad or worse. There are a lot of things in life that go under fear. Another example is that your party: birthday party, wedding party, etc., is held for you want to fill your life with more happiness. That means you are afraid of losing happiness or you are gaining more happiness. The final example is the question why most people use credit cards and again the answer is they are afraid to use cash. Fears affect our everyday lives many ways: seen and unseen.

·       How we can control fears

o      As we know, our thoughts are the origin of all fears. Though we cannot eliminate fears permanently, we can reduce them or put them under control in some easy and simple ways. The following can be your magic guidelines when the fearful situations occur.

1.     Think right: Use true fact, your knowledge and experiences related to the situation facing you to think in the right way. Never think anything wildly, madly or randomly. Such thoughts not only never reduce fears but also increase so many fears that the situation will go worse instead.

2.     Think wide: Use your head to insight or ‘look at’ the situation both on the left and right side as well as the front and back side. This will certainly help you lessen fears. Like driving a car on the road, the more we look wider, the less the accident will take place.

3.     Think deep: Use your ‘inside eyes’ or your head to think about the situation in both the vertical ways: over your head and under your feet. I mean that we should consider the situation as thoroughly as we can. This is what I call ‘Think deep’.

4.     Think ahead: Up to the present, we often hear the word ‘vision’ – look and think before hand about what you are involving. We apply related knowledge and information, useful facts, and past experiences. We act like ‘future predictor’, not a fortune-teller

5.     Think twice: No matter what you are thinking about you should re-think about it in case you may get better ideas or more practical answers to the situations. ‘Think twice’ here means to think many times is better than to think only one before making up your mind.

I

n conclusion, though fears are the weakest point of human, they are the strongest point to control human bravery. Without fears, many people will go mad and go wild; many human beings might die not long after birth. Fears are human enemy in some ways but they are our friends in others. With reasonable fears, we all grow up to be happy adults in the fearful but beautiful world.
